ABOUT ME
I am a former world-class athlete and personal trainer based out of Palo Alto, CA. Prior to my career as a trainer, I ran at the international level, including placing fourth in the World Junior Track and Field Championships.
I graduated in the top 25 of my class at Stanford, where I studied Psychology and Neuroscience and earned the J.E. Wallace Sterling Scholastic Award. My training integrates my deep knowledge of behavior change and the nervous system to optimize performance and longevity.
After struggling with chronic pain myself, I began working with a personal trainer who truly changed my life, giving me the freedom to think and move with confidence and tenacity again. My profound transformation in mindset and performance motivated me to quit my job in health tech and pursue a career where I could do the same for others.
MY StYLE
Clients hire me to bridge the gap between high-demand lifestyles and long-term health. I solve the movement limitations that accumulate from high stress schedules—the chronic tightness, joint restrictions, and recurring injuries that traditional strength training misses or compounds.
I offer 1:1 in-person, hybrid, and remote training, specializing in the following:
Chronic, neurological, and idiopathic pain
Motor control, advanced biomechanics, and skill-based lifting
Coordination, balance, flexibility, and mobility
Strength and conditioning
Individualized programming for elite performance
Certifications include:
NASM - CPT and Women’s Fitness Specialist
OPEX - CCP
Z Health - EEP, R Phase, I Phase, 9S - Structure
B3 and ACE - BFR
What makes me different?
Value,
not Volume
My goal is to deliver exceptional value to a select number of clients. I invest far more time, planning, and communication in each client outside of the typical hour session. Since I do not work for a commercial gym, I do not have the same incentive structure for maximum volume.
Education and
Applied Neurology
Applied neurology—how the nervous system controls movement—is the next frontier of training for longevity and resilience. I bring an unmatched level of education and personal experience in the application of neurological principles to lifting, running, and overall fitness. Strength, mobility, coordination, balance, and power are all products of the brain, so any coaching that focuses solely on the biomechanical is incomplete.
Flexible
offerings
I’ve learned over the years that exceptional people require exceptions – high performers need someone that will accommodate work travel, childcare, moves, and other big life changes. I work with each client to establish a cadence of in-person and remote coaching and programming that enables long term consistency and success.
